Ordering and downloading
How do I get my files?
As soon as your payment is confirmed, the PDFs are ready under My account → Downloads. You also receive a confirmation e-mail.
Do I need an account?
Yes. That keeps your downloads linked to your order, so you can download them again later. The account is created automatically at checkout.
How often can I download a file?
Next to your files you can see how many downloads you have left and until when the link is valid. Tip: save the PDF on your computer straight away.
Which payment methods can I use?
The available payment methods are shown at checkout.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes. VAT is calculated for the country in your billing address.
Printing and use
What paper should I use?
A4. Each product says whether it is designed for colour or black-and-white printing. Choose “Actual size” or “100%” in your print settings.
Can I use the worksheets in my class?
Yes, in your own family or your own class. Reselling or sharing the files online is not allowed. See the terms and conditions.
Do the worksheets follow the school curriculum?
Our worksheets are meant as extra practice material. They are not officially linked to or approved by any school curriculum or education authority.
Cancellation and problems
Can I cancel my purchase?
For digital content delivered immediately, the right of withdrawal ends once you have expressly agreed to this at checkout. Read more about the right of withdrawal.
A file does not work. What now?
